Darren Xu is the Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager of Questline Capital. Prior to founding Questline Capital, he was a Managing Director in Farallon Capital’s Long / Short Equities group from 2014 through 2024. He covered video games and telecoms while at Farallon and held P&L responsibilities. Prior to joining Farallon, he was in the M&A group at Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees from Wharton (Finance) and the School of Engineering and Applied Science (Computer Science).

Eric Kress is the Co-Founder and Director of Research of Questline Capital. Eric has a deep background in the video game space, with work experience at Electronic Arts and Kabam in addition to consulting engagements with Warner Brothers Games, Google, Amazon, and Sega. He is also a host on the #1 video game business podcast, Deconstructor of Fun. Prior to his work in the video games space, he worked in investment banking at Montgomery Securities. Eric graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Managerial Economics.

Stan Rudoi is a Partner and Group Head of Credit at Questline Capital. Prior to joining Questline Capital, he led Xsolla Funding, the investment arm of the video games payment company which included Accelerator, Funding Club and the internal revenue-share, gaming-focused VC funds. Prior to Xsolla, Stan built structured credit products at Pollen VC, a pioneer in structured credit facilities for mobile apps and games. Stan graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Economics & Finance / Business Administration, and an MSc in Finance from Brandeis International Business School. Stan is a CFA charterholder.
